# How to add a link to the legacy customer portal in the New Customer account pages

If you updated your customer account page to the New Customer account page, then we recommend that you also use the new customer portal that we created. You can read instructions on how to activate it and add a link to it [here](https://www.sealsubscriptions.com/articles/frequently-asked-questions/how-can-i-add-the-link-to-the-new-customer-portal-extension-ek). However, if you prefer to use the legacy customer portal with the new customer accounts, then here is how you can add the subscriptions list link to it:

- From your Shopify admin, go to **Settings** > [**Checkout**](https://admin.shopify.com/settings/checkout).
- In the **Configurations** section, click **Customize** next to the checkout configuration that you want to customize.
- In the checkout and accounts editor, select **Profile** to edit the customer account page, and then click the sections icon to access the **Sections** sidebar.
- Click **⊕ Add app block** in the section you want to add the subscriptions list link to.
- Click the *Seal Subscriptions* **Link to subscriptions page** app block.
- Customize the app block as necessary:
    - To re-arrange the location of the app block, drag and drop the app block up or down in the **Sections** list, or use the move buttons in the preview window.
    - Click the app block to change the text of the link.
- Click **Save**.

Other solutions for this is to either:

a.) Use the subscription login link (accessible on /a/subscriptions/login page) which allows your customers to request a magic login link which allows them to edit their subscriptions.

OR

b.) You can also add a link to /a/subscriptions somewhere in your shop menu, so that when the customer logs in, they can see their subscription through this link.
