# When I try to save the delivery profiles I get an error message "Additional profiles cannot be created due to legacy compatibility mode being enabled." What can I do?

This error means that your store was not yet migrated (by Shopify) to support Shipping profiles. This is not controlled by us, which means that it will be best if you contact shopify support and/or read their article on [Activating multi-origin shipping](https://shopify.dev/api/examples/shipping-delivery-profiles).
