# Where can the customer cancel the subscription?

Customers are able to cancel their subscriptions in the customer portal, which can be accessed via the link they receive in each subscription email OR by logging into their account in your shop.

You can follow our instructions on how to manually add the link to your account menu ([https://www.sealsubscriptions.com/articles/add-link-to-subscriptions-list](https://www.sealsubscriptions.com/articles/add-link-to-subscriptions-list)) or you can try to add it to your theme automatically in Seal Subscriptions -> Installation.

Customers can cancel the subscription and then also reactivate it whenever they please to do so.
