# Why did one of my subscription orders come through as scheduled?

If your subscription orders are coming through as “scheduled”, that is most likely because your subscriptions have a set renewal date within the subscription rules.

If a customer reschedules their future billing attempts, their subscription will get billed on the newly set date, however, the order will still be set to fulfill on the initially set billing date.
