I am using the "Bird Pickup Delivery Date" app by BirdChime and my shipping rates don't show up in the checkout

If you are using the “Bird Pickup Delivery Date” app by BirdChime developer and your shipping rates don't show up for subscription products in the checkout, then the solution for this is to open the BirdChime app and turn on the option to control rates through Carrier Calculated Shipping API.
