I can't delete a customer from my shop. Shopfiy says it has an existing subscription.

If Shopify says that the customer has an existing subscription, then it will be best to delete the subscriptions from this customer from our Seal Subscriptions app.

However, we have noticed that even when our system updates the status of a subscription in Shopify to "cancelled" and deletes it from our app, Shopify states that the customer still has a subscription active and doesn't allow you to delete the customer profile. They basically display an error message “Existing subscription.”

Unfortunately, this error message is coming from Shopify, but we have contacted Shopify about that and have high hopes that they will resolve this as soon as possible :)
