I am trying to upgrade the app, but I see a message "The shop cannot accept the provided charge"

This happens if you are trying to upgrade an app to a paid plan, but you don't yet have any credit card or payment method connected to your Shopify account. To be able to accept this charge and upgrade the plan, you simply have to add a payment method to your Shopify account.
