I have set up a product swap, but it doesn't seem to be working
If your product swap isn't applied on your subscriptions the way you want it to be, then here are the recommended troubleshooting steps.
1.) Open your product swap in Seal Subscriptions > Automations > Product Swaps and check that it is configured the way you want it to be configured.
2.) Check if you have set the swap to apply immediately or only when the subscription is created. If you set it to apply only when a subscription is created or renewed, then you will have to wait for a new subscription or for a subscription to get renewed.
3.) If you set up a payment condition, make sure that the subscription where the swap didn't apply had the correct number of payments processed.
4.) Make sure that the products the product swap should remove, match the ones in your subscription. In addition to that, you can try to turn on the option to match products by their SKU code.
