My subscription products are out of stock. What can I do?

If a product is out of stock, our app has a feature that you can enable to skip automatic renewals. This feature can be found by going to:
Seal Subscriptions > Settings > Inventory Settings > Skip automatic renewals if one or more items are out of stock.


If your customers are able to edit their products in their subscription, you can enable the option that keeps them from adding out of stock items. This feature can be found in Seal Subscriptions > Settings > Customer portal > Product editing > Prevent customers from adding out of stock products.
 

Another thing that you can do to prevent the customers from receiving the out of stock items would be to disable the option to charge themselves at any time (in case they have an out of stock item in their subscription). You can set this up in Seal Subscriptions > Settings > Customer portal > Subscription editing > Allow customers to charge themselves at any time.
