How does the new product upsell feature work?

The product upsell feature, which you can find in Seal Subscriptions > Automations > Product upsells allows you to upsell products to your customers directly in the customer portal. It allows you to recommend some products to your customers either on all subscriptions OR based on the products which are in the customer's subscription.

Each product which is recommended through this feature has a button, which allows your customers to quickly add it to their subscription.

The product upsell feature can be used to:

  • boost your subscription revenue,
  • promote your new products,
  • sell products which are staying in your inventory,
  • and overall boost your sales!
